Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 93 (1) (a) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, by writing under his hand, dated this 15th day of November 1990, dissolved the registry of the Anchor Credit Union, Register No. 66/670 within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in, or having a claim on the funds of the society, to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
