Advertisement of Dissolution by Instrument

Notice is hereby given that the Waikato River Bank Credit Union, register No. 500 is dissolved by instrument, registered at this office the 29th day of October 1990, unless within 3 months of the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having a claim on the funds of the society to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.

Notice is hereby given that Hawkes Bay Trotting Club Incorporated has changed its name to Hawkes Bay Harness Racing Club Incorporated, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name (NA. I.S. 227628).
