Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to fencing covenant in transfer H. 720679.1, for a technical institute and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of April 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 May 1990, No. 68 at page 1515, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting all reference to memorandum of mortgage S. 519832 in paragraph (b).

Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Wanganui Harbour Board and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

All that parcel of land containing 1426 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 6 on Deposited Plan 32652.
