Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for police purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart and Vesting Land under Section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice, dated the 9th day of April 1990, published in New Zealand Gazette of 19 April 1990, No. 60, page 1339 under the heading Road Realignment in Hastings District by deleting the declaration marked (c) and substituting the following declaration:

“(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken for the purposes of section 119 (1) and that it shall vest in the Crown and shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.”
