Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Christchurch to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of October, published in Gazette, 1990, No. 176, page 3811, declaring land at Christchurch to be acquired for railway purposes by omitting from the Second Schedule the words “Lot 8” and substituting the words “Lot 9”.
