Reserves Act 1977

Vesting Reserves in The Waitaki District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby vests the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Waitaki District Council in trust as recreation reserves.

Falstone Creek Recreation Reserve

Lake Middleton Recreation Reserve

Classification of Reserve

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
