Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of October 1990, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd. appointed Messrs Paul Richard Preston and John Anthony Waller, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Sapphire Printing Ltd. under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 22nd day of February 1990 given by that company.
