Pursuant to sections 50 and 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a fire station and shall vest in The New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
