Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Vested and Land to be Taken and Vested in Blocks II and III, Otahoua Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Masterton District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Donald Bruce McKenzie and James Bruce McKenzie, farmers, both of Masterton, and the land shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 497, folio 153, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 419039.1, 881915.3 and statutory land charge No. 605478.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117, and 120 (3), the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Donald Bruce McKenzie, James Bruce McKenzie and Kerrick Neil Blundell, farmers, all of Masterton, and the land shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 330, folio 24, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 419039.1, 881915.3 and statutory land charge No. 605478.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Michael Robin Deans, farmer and Annette Beatrice Deans, married woman, both of Masterton and the land shall be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title No. 17C/1038, subject to the water rights and rights of entry created by transfer No. 244677, 309908, memoranda of mortgage No. 435933 and 735014, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in Donald Bruce McKenzie, James Bruce McKenzie and Kerrick Neil Blundell, farmers, all of Masterton, and the land shall be incorporated with the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 330, folio 24, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 419039.1, 881915.3 and statutory land charge No. 605478.1, Wellington Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in Michael Robin Deans, farmer and Annette Beatrice Deans, married woman, both of Masterton, which shall be incorporated with the land contained in the certificate of title No. 17C/1038, subject to the water rights and rights of entry created by transfer No. 244677, 309908, memoranda of mortgage No. 435933 and 735014, Wellington Land Registry.
