The dispersant known as Simple Green and marketed in New Zealand by Revell Sales and Marketing Ltd. is hereby approved as a type II and type III dispersant for the purposes of the Marine Pollution (Dispersants and Exceptions) Regulations 1975.

Directive Pursuant to Section 29 (5) of the Port Companies Act 1988

I hereby direct that the port company plan of the Taranaki Harbours Board, prepared pursuant to section 21 of the Port Companies Act 1988, is not required to comply with the requirements of section 29 (4) of the said Act to the extent that the plan shall provide for the port company established thereby to issue debt securities to the Harbours Board for $18,500,000 only, and shall not require the company to provide the board with debt securities for any greater amount, notwithstanding that the liabilities to be retained by the board
