Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of March 1990 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 1990, No. 39, page 831, declaring land acquired for road, land taken and road to be stopped in the Southland District; by omitting all reference to “Block IX, Hokonui Survey District” from the Schedules and substituting it with “Village of Lintley”.
