Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Kapiti Coast District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to remain vested in The Kapiti Coast District Council.
