Amending a Notice, Land Acquired for River Control Purposes in Southland District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of July 1990, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 August 1990, No. 132, at page 2745, by deleting reference to “V” in the area secondly described in the Schedule and substituting it with “D”.
