Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for the Victoria University of Wellington in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of May 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1988, No. 98 at page 2328, by omitting the following:

“together with the right of way over Lot 23 and the part marked ‘Private Way’ on Plan 6205 created by lease 894633 for the Victoria University of Wellington”,

and substituting the following:

“together with the right of way over the fee simple interest in Lot 23, D.P. 6205, marked Private Way on D.P. 6205”.
