Public Works Act 1981

Land Held for Railway Set Apart for Road, Dunedin City

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of the State Highway No. 88.

Road Declared to be Stopped and Vested in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand in Block XIV, Wairoa Survey District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in The Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand.

Land Declared to be Road and Road to be Stopped in Jacobs River Hundred, Southland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(i) The area of road firstly described in the Second Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 138, folio 111, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) The area of road secondly described in the Second Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 138, folio 92, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iii) The area of road thirdly described in the Second Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 20, folio 234, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iv) The area of road fourthly described in the Second Schedule shall when so stopped be amalgamated in certificate of title 5D/695, subject to existing encumbrances.
