Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Matamata-Piako District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

731 square metres, more or less, being Lot 13, D.P. 28678, situated in NZMS 261, T14, Sheet 1.2, part certificate of title 459/136.

Cancellation of the Vesting in The Dunedin City Council of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago, hereby cancels the vesting in The Dunedin City Council of that part of the Mount Cargill Scenic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Private Land Shall be Protected Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy hereby declares that the private land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as an historic reserve subject to the provisions of section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a Government purpose (site for Government buildings) reserve to an historic reserve.
