An order for the winding up of Vetmark Incorporated (in liquidation), formerly of 5 Mutu Street, Te Awamutu, now care of Official Assignee’s Office, Hamilton, was made by the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of June 1990. The first meeting of creditors will be held at my office, Second Floor, 16–20 Clarence Street, Hamilton on Thursday, the 30th day of August 1990 at 11 a.m. Meeting of contributors to follow.

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 1st day of August 1990, in accordance with section 362 (1) and (4), the following special resolutions were passed by the company:

1. “That the company having filed a declaration of solvency in compliance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That William John Dent, chartered accountant, of Hastings, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”

(in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 21st day of August 1990, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
