Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Manager, District Operations, Central South (Wellington), Ministry of Education pursuant to delegated authority, and the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington, as proprietor of the following school:
Sacred Heart School, Guildford Terrace, Wellington.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 16th day of July 1990. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the District Office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Wanganui Computer Centre Act 1976
Authorisation of Local Authorities to Use Wanganui Computer
Pursuant to section 4E of the Wanganui Computer Centre Act 1976 (as amended by section 3 of the Wanganui Computer Centre Amendment Act 1989), the Minister of State Services hereby authorises the Local Authorities listed in the Schedule below to use the Wanganui computer system to access the Drivers' Licences Register and the Motor Vehicles Register subject to the following terms and conditions:
(a) Access is limited to the Drivers' Licences Register and the Motor Vehicles Register and the network management system.
(b) The information obtained shall be used only for the purpose of parking by-law enforcement.
(c) Use of remote terminals is subject to section 4A of the Wanganui Computer Centre Act 1976 (as amended by the Wanganui Computer Centre Amendment Act 1989). The Wanganui Computer Centre Policy Committee's directions on placement and use of remote terminals must be complied with and certificates of compliance furnished to the Wanganui Computer Centre Policy Committee as required by section 4A.
(d) Placement and use of remote terminals will be subject to inspection and audit by the appointed agent of the Wanganui Computer Centre Policy Committee.
(e) Access to the Wanganui computer system shall be between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. except by special arrangement with the Manager of the Wanganui Computer Centre.
(f) Remote terminals to be attached to the Wanganui computer system must be approved by the appointed agent of the Wanganui Computer Centre Policy Committee.
