The partners of KPMG Peat Marwick, Tauranga, hereby give notice of the retirement of Robin Curtis Tunnicliffe from the firm as from 1 April 1990.

The continuing partners are Barrie Miles Owen, David Neville Cooke, Donald Raymond Pilbrow, William James Lochhead, Terrance Keith McDonnell, Wayne Geoffrey Williams, Thomas Haines Wilson and Richard Peter Halka.

Application having been made under C. 162607.1, notice is hereby given of my intention upon the expiration of 1 calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice to notify upon the Registers and upon the outstanding certificates of title, the re-entry by Colin Robert Ewing of Tuakau, farmer and Nell Castle Ewing, his wife, as lessors upon all those parcels of land containing 24.7877 hectares, more or less, situate in the North Auckland Registry District, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Deposited Plan 133049 and being part Allotment 67 and Allotments 68 and 69, Parish of Tuakau, comprised in certificates of title 78B/707 to 78B/711 (inclusive) all held under deed of lease 405258 (R. 575/744) by the Whangarata Hall Society (Incorporated).
