Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection
Policy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the
classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto,
from a local purpose (road) reserve to a local purpose
esplanade) reserve, subject to the provision of the said Act.

Wellington Land District—Upper Hutt City

1170 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 67634,
situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District (City of
Upper Hutt). All certificate of title 36A/340.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Taieri River Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator,
Otago, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section
19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the
said reserve to form part of the Taieri River Scenic Reserve.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act
1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby
gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Christchurch 1990, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
   amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the
   Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
   released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act
