Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Wellington Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 29 January 1990 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Upper Hutt Club Incorporated, Queen Street, Upper Hutt.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On every Friday and Saturday. Closing at 11 o’clock in the evening (being 1 hour after the usual hour of closing).

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the Malaysia Airline System Berhad International Air Service Licence to permit the airline to operate two return services per week between Malaysia and New Zealand.

This amendment will take effect on the 28th day of October 1990.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the Air Vanuatu International Air Service Licence to permit the airline to operate such additional scheduled air services as may from time to time be approved by the Secretary for Transport subject to any conditions which may be imposed by the Minister of Civil Aviation and Meteorological Services in respect of those additional services.

This amendment will take effect on 9 August 1990.
