Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of July 1990, it appointed Lindsay Ferguson Dey of Dunedin, chartered accountant as receiver and manager of the property of Nicholson Orchards Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of June 1989, which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Nicholson Orchards Ltd.
