	(including those of religious communities), or by a dealer for holding in stock, are subject to duty at normal rates. There are no suitable means whereby the duty paid in such cases may be refunded if at some later date the articles are installed within the confines of a place of worship. This does not, however, limit the right of an importer to warehouse goods, and goods entered for home consumption ex bond for supply to a church or other place of worship for installation therein may, in accordance with the foregoing provision of this circular, be granted a concession under Reference 30.

Declined applications for concessions as listed in the Fourth Schedule to this notice, and the concessions approved subject to prescribed purposes and conditions as listed in the Second Schedule of this notice, will not be published in the Consolidated List of Decisions.

Any concession approved may be withdrawn or modified by notice in the Gazette.
