Pursuant to section 19 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager of the Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1990. No. 21.

2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to the Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of recreation and a landing place for the common use and benefit of the owners of Oriwa 1B3 together with their spouses and their descendants.
