The Bank of New Zealand with reference to the above-named companies, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of June 1990, the bank appointed Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountant, whose office is at Ernst and Young, Sixteenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, 37–41 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of these companies under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of December 1988.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
