The Bank of New Zealand with reference to the above-named company, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of June 1990, the bank appointed Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountant, whose office is at Ernst and Young, Sixteenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, 37-41 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of December 1985.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
