Land Acquired for Road in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
