Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Forestry being the Minister deemed responsible for the Department of State that has control of the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the leasehold interest in the land is held for conservation purposes.

4046 square metres, more or less, situated in Block III, Motueka Survey District, being all of Deposited Plan 2383 in certificate of title, Volume 5C, Folio 494 (leasehold).
