acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Agricultural Pests Destruction (Waikato Region) Pest Destruction District Order 1990.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  1. Constitution of Waikato Region Pest Destruction District—The area comprising the Waikato Region, as constituted by clause 4 of the Local Government (Waikato Region) Reorganisation Order 1989 (Gazette, 1989, Vol. III, page 2460), is hereby constituted as a pest destruction district to be known as the Waikato Region Pest Destruction District.

  2. Abolition of pest destruction districts—Every pest destruction district—

(a) In existence on the 1st day of November 1989; and

(b) All or any part of which was, on that date, within the said region; and

(c) Not abolished by the said Reorganisation Order—
is hereby abolished.

Pursuant to sections 23 (1) (a) and 27 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Agricultural Pests Destruction (Bay of Plenty Region) Pest Destruction District Order 1990.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  1. Constitution of Bay of Plenty Region Pest Destruction District—The area comprising the Bay of Plenty Region, as constituted by clause 4 of the Local Government (Bay of Plenty Region) Reorganisation Order 1989 (Gazette, 1989, Vol. III, page 2275), is hereby constituted as a pest destruction district to be known as the Bay of Plenty Region Pest Destruction District.

  2. Abolition of pest destruction districts—Every pest destruction district—

(a) In existence on the 1st day of November 1989; and

(b) All or any part of which was, on that date, within the said region; and

(c) Not abolished by the said Reorganisation Order—
is hereby abolished.
