conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services
Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of the International
Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited to
provide for the operation of one Boeing 767 service per week
from points in New Zealand to Denpasar and optionally
beyond to Singapore with effect from 1 September 1990, and
for the operation of one Boeing 767 service per week from
points in New Zealand to Bangkok with effect from
1 November 1990.

Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976,
and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary
for Transport, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, senior automotive
engr., hereby amend the First Schedule of the New Zealand Gazette exemption described in the Second Schedule below to
read as per the First Schedule below:

First Schedule

Tractors owned by Air New Zealand Ltd. and Ansett New
Zealand Ltd. together with any trailer or trolley while drawn by
such tractors.
