Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Union Organisation for Failure to Deliver Annual Accounts

Pursuant to section 31 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the New Zealand Store and Warehouse Employees Union, registered No. 1/69, situated at Wellington, will be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the day after the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless a copy of the accounts together with a certificate signed by the Auditor in accordance with section 49 of this Act are forwarded to the Registrar.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 1. (Ross Road to Wellsford)

It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated the 15th day of May 1990 and pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Ross Road to Wellsford section for half its width on the western side commencing at the southern boundary of McGillivray Road and extending southwards 140 metres across the frontages of part Allotment SW118, Oruawaro Parish (C.T. 55A/741 Ltd) and Allotment 294 (GN 905750.1) as more particularly shown on Plan LA/10/19/1/6 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
