A DECLARATION

Pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Patents Act 1953 and section 10 (2) of the Designs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral International Show to be held at Christchurch, New Zealand from Wednesday, the 7th day of November 1990 to Saturday, the 10th day of November 1990, is an Industrial Exhibition for the purposes of the said Acts.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 7th day of June 1990.

Integration Agreement Notice

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following school:

Tamariki School, Christchurch

The said integration agreement came into effect on the 1st day of June 1990. Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Ministry of Education, National Office, Government Buildings, Wellington, and at the Ministry of Education, Canterbury District Office, Education House, Christchurch.
