Animals Act 1967

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Quarantine Ground at Bulls (Notice No. 4994; QUAL/0996/ABM)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, that part of the land and premises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, situated at the Flockhouse Training Farm, comprising 0.875 hectares, more or less in total, divided into Unit 3 of 0.165 hectares and Unit 4 of 0.71 hectares, as shown on the plan lodged at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, 68 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui (file reference 170/8), and being part of Lot 1, D.P. 6663, Block XIII, Rangitoto Survey District, and Block I, Te Kauwae Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 131 (Wellington Registry) is declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.
