Declaring Land Acquired for Road in Waikawa Survey District, Southland District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Invercargill declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in the Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Right of Way Easement Acquired in Hastings District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into an easement of right of way is acquired for a State Primary School (and may be surrendered at any time by notice in the Gazette) over the land first described in the Schedule to be appurtenant to the land secondly described in the Schedule. The right of way shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette. The rights and powers set down in Clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952 apply to this easement.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road, Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in the County of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of September 1989, and published in the Gazette of 5 October 1989, No. 176 at page 4871, land acquired for road, land declared to be road and road stopped in the County of Marlborough by:

(a) Deleting from the Fourth Schedule thereto “adjoining or passing through part Section 164” and
(b) Substituting “adjoining or passing through D.P. 147 and part Section 164”.

Land Acquired for Road, and in Connection with a Road, Laingholm Drive, Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule is acquired in connection with a road and the land described in the above-mentioned schedules shall vest in The Waitakere City Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.
