Land in Waikato District Acquired for Road and for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
