Notice of Intention to Apply for Ministerial Approval of a Code of Practice Under the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981

Pursuant to section 51 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981, I, Kevin Phillip Williams, Chief Advisor/Operations Support (Safety and Health) of the Department of Labour in the exercise of those powers delegated to me by the Chief Inspector of Factories, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, hereby give notice of my intention, after 1 month from the publication of this notice, to apply to the Minister of Labour for his approval of the “Code of Practice for the Prevention of Dust Explosions in the Flour and Stockfeed Industry”.

Surveyors Examination

The professional interview examination will be held starting Monday, 2 April 1990 at 8.45 a.m.

Applications, on the proper form, and all projects together with the prescribed fee must reach the secretary of the board before 1 March 1990.

Application forms and information about the board’s requirements should be obtained from the undersigned.

The prescribed fee for the examination is $112.50 incl. GST.
