Pursuant to section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order:

Order

1. Title and commencement—This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme: Section Two) Order 1989.

2. Section Two of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme approval—Section Two of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the former Hawke’s Bay United Council for its region in 1989 (responsibility for which is now assumed by the Hawke’s Bay Regional Council) and held in the Office of the Secretary for the Environment in Wellington under reference No. TP 150/6/02 is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of Section Two of Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme—Section Two of the Hawke’s Bay Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall come into force on the 15th day of December 1989.
