Amending a Notice Acquiring Land in Connection with a Road in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of December 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 15th day of December 1988, No. 214, page 5408, acquiring land in connection with a road pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto the words “Deeds 7” and substituting the words “Deeds 2 Blue” and by deleting from the legal description in the said Schedule the area “4220 square metres”, and substituting the area “4218 square metres”, and the words “Deeds 7”, and substituting the words “Deeds 2 Blue”.
