Cancellation of the Vesting in the Taupo District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Taupo District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose (quarry) reserve over the reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
