Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Raglan County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager for the Waikato Region of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in the Raglan County Council, in trust for that purpose.

South Auckland Land District—Raglan County

2023 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 184, Onewhero Parish, situated in N.Z.M.S. 261 R13, Sheet 6.1. Section 3, Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1921. S.O. Plan 18304.

Dated at Hamilton this 29th day of May 1989.

Vesting of a Reserve in the Wellington City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Wanganui, Department of Conservation hereby vests the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto in the Wellington City Council in trust, for recreation purposes.

Wellington Land District—Wellington City

1208 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, A/1933, situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District. Subject to Order in Council 218 exempting Mein Street from the provisions of (now) section 128, Public Works Act 1928 subject to a building line condition. All certificate of title 5A/1473.

2431 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 11630, situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District. Subject to Order in Council 218 and Gazette notice 679511. All certificate of title 403/61, limited as to parcels.

421 square metres, more or less, being part Section 792, Town of Wellington, situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All certificate of title 403/60, limited as to parcels.
