Approval of Traffic Improvement Schools

Pursuant to section 45 (2) (a) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and pursuant to a delegation given by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument dated the 2nd day of November 1987; I, Warren Richard Gillespie Simeon, Superintendent, Traffic Instruction, hereby approve the following schools for the purposes of issuing a certificate of completion of a course of advanced instruction in terms of regulation 32 (2) of the Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulations 1987

Pursuant to the Exchange Control Regulations 1985, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Exchange Control (Authorised Foreign Exchange Dealers) Notice (No. 3) 1989.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 8th day of June 1989.

  1. Designation of authorised foreign exchange dealers—The persons named in the Schedule to this notice are designated as authorised foreign exchange dealers.

  2. Revocation—The Exchange Control (Authorised Foreign Exchange Dealers) Notice (No. 2) 1989, is hereby revoked.
