Pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the reservation of the land described in the Schedule hereto and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 137 of 4 August 1988, page 3119 is hereby cancelled.

All that parcel of land situated in Block III, Waimana Survey District and described as follows:

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railways purposes.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block I, Whaingaroa Survey District, Raglan County to be a Road.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the 18th day of April 1989, to be a road and to be vested in The Raglan County Council.

All that piece of land containing 1070 square metres, more or less, being part of B12C282B Te Akau Roadway, comprised in deed index 1G/678 shown on Plan M.L. 21449, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
