Land Acquired for a State Secondary School in Waitemata City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the fencing covenant in transfer A 90527, North Auckland Land Registry, for a State secondary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 25th day of May 1989.
