Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the 25th day of May 1989.

Declaring an Interest in Land for Water Supply and Drainage Easement Purposes in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water over the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the drainage easements over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 2, 3 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for waterworks and shall vest in The Auckland Area Health Board on the 25th day of May 1989.

Declaring an Interest in Land for Irrigation Purposes in the Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the agreement dated the 28th day of March 1989, between the Crown and Maurice Henry Lee of Kerikeri, orchardist and Heather Mary Lee, his wife, a copy of which may be perused at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland and identified by No. 25/30/70 is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto, for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 25th day of May 1989.
