the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of March 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 April 1989, No. 62, at page 1442, declaring road to be realigned in Raglan County by:

(i) Deleting from paragraph (b) (i) the words “piece of stopped road firstly described (now known as Section 8, ML 15372), and the”.

(ii) Deleting from paragraph (b) (ii) the word “sixteenth” and the number “22” and substituting “firstly” and “8” respectively.

(iii) Inserting in paragraph (b) (iii) the word “thirteenth,” after the word “thirdly,” and the words “Section 21, ML 15372,” after the words “Section 10, ML 15372,”.

(iv) Deleting paragraph (b) (iii) and substituting the following paragraph: “The pieces of stopped road fourthly to sixty fourthly described, inclusive (now known as Section 7, ML 15372, Section 9, ML 15372, and Section 6, ML 15372 respectively) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 295, subject to caveat H. 571142, South Auckland Land Registry.”

(v) Deleting in paragraph (b) (iv) the word “thirdly” and substituting “secondly”.

(vi) Inserting the words “Section 16, ML 15372,” before the words “Section 12” in paragraph (b) (iv).

(vii) Inserting before the word “piece” in paragraph (b) (v) the words “piece of stopped road sixteenthly described (now known as Section 22, ML 15372), and the”.

(viii) Deleting the word “blue” as the colour for the lands twentiethly to fiftysecondly described, inclusive, in the First Schedule and substituting “purple”.

(ix) Inserting the words “and part Te Akau B No. 24 Block” after the word “Block” appearing in the pieces of stopped road seventeenth and eighteenthly described in the Second Schedule.

Amending a Declaration Setting Apart Land for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Dargaville

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands hereby amends the declaration dated the 14th day of March 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23rd day of March 1989, No. 55 at page 1239, declaring land to be set apart for State housing purposes in the Borough of Dargaville pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description in the Schedule the number “1012” and substituting the number “743” and deleting the words “Lot 6, D.P. 1334” and substituting the words “Lot 309, D.P. 859”.
