Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waimairi District Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account.

Canterbury Land District—Waimairi District

86 square metres, more or less, being Lot 27, D.P. 22724, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District. Local purpose (road) reserve by Section 16 (ii) (b) (iv), Reserves Act 1977.

70 square metres, more or less, being Lot 43, D.P. 27091, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District. Local purpose (utility) reserve by Section 16 (ii) (b) (iv), Reserves Act 1977.

Amending a Notice Declaring Crown Land to be Set Apart for Kindergarten Purposes in the Borough of Havelock North

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of July 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 July 1988, No. 122 at page 2807, declaring Crown land to be set apart for kindergarten purposes in the Borough of Havelock North by omitting “Town Section 90” from the Schedule and substituting “Town Section 89”.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Napier declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board from the date of publication in the Gazette.
