In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Glaxo New Zealand Limited of 142 Botanical Road, Palmerston North, pharmaceutical suppliers—Plaintiff:

And— Pharmacy Wholesalers (Auckland) Limited (in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 2 Cawley Street, Ellerslie, Auckland, carrying on business there and elsewhere as pharmaceutical wholesalers—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 1st day of May 1989, an application for the winding up of Pharmacy Wholesalers (Auckland) Limited (in receivership) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland and that the matter was set down for a hearing at 10 a.m. on the 20th day of June 1989.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.

The plaintiff is Glaxo New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, DFC House, corner Queen and Rutland Streets, Auckland.

Take notice that on Tuesday, the 18th day of April 1989, an application for the winding up of Leisure Centre Dunedin Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 127 Stuart Street, Dunedin by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 21st day of June 1989 at 11 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.

The applicant is Carpet Shop Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, whose address for service is care of Messrs Caudwells, Solicitors, MLC Building, 320 Princes Street, Dunedin.

Take notice that on the 21st day of March 1989, an application for the winding up of Borick & Associates Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 2nd day of June 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
