Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session Order in Respect of Enrolled Nurse—Margaret Cynthia Bradley
In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (b), 42 (2) (a), 42 (9), 23 (2) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 10 November 1988 ordered that the name of the above nurse be removed from the Roll of Nurses; that 10 November 1989 be fixed as the time after which Margaret Cynthia Bradley may apply to have her name restored to the Roll; that she return all certificates and badges
Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session Order in Respect of Registered Psychiatric Nurse—Kenneth Robert de Lund
In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (b), 42 (2) (a), 42 (3), 42 (9), 23 (2) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 12 April 1989 ordered that the name of the above nurse be removed from the Register; that he pay $2,000 (or 25 percent of actual costs whichever is the lesser) toward the cost and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Council; that no time is fixed after which he may apply to have his name restored to the Register; that he return all certificates and badges which have been issued to him by the Nursing Council; that a notice stating the effect of the order be published in the Gazette, the New Zealand Nursing Journal and appropriate publications for Rest Homes and Psychiatric Nursing.
