Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreational reserve for the common use and benefit of Maori in the general area of Mourea and Tikitere Station.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Service Lane in Block X, Town of Arrowtown, Arrowtown Borough
Notice is hereby given that the Arrowtown Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for service lane, such land to be used to provide rear access to adjoining properties and it is considered essential to take this land due to the registered owner being of unknown whereabouts (deceased).
Any persons having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 days after the date of first publication of this notice send an objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of hearing.
