Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the County of Whangarei

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the declaration dated the 11th day of November 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 17th day of November 1988, No. 190, at page 4934, acquiring land for road in the County of Whangarei pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the operative clause thereof the words “The Franklin County Council” and substituting the words “The Whangarei County Council”.

Declaring Road to be Vested in Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Lewis James Ringrose of Otaikaarangi, farmer and Lurleen Joy Ringrose, his wife.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Government Road and to be Stopped in Hobson County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of October 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 5th day of November 1987, No. 191, at page 5005, declaring road to be Government road and to be stopped in Hobson County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the Schedule thereto the following:
“376 square metres being part Lot 3, D.P. 23852; marked ‘A1’ on S.O. Plan 61313.”

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to land improvement agreement H. 267222 and compensation certificate H. 869516, South Auckland Land Registry, in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 1st day of June 1989.
